In the midst of the Tramuntana mountains is the historic Finca estate Can Torna. In this authentic Mallorcan location, guests are offered the unique opportunity to take part in a paella cooking workshop under the guidance of professional chefs. In this activity, small groups can learn the traditional preparation of this Spanish speciality, using regional products. The Mallorcan chefs are available to answer questions in a family atmosphere. Early in the morning, participants are welcomed onto an authentic fishing boat and taken on a very special journey. Together with a professional fishing team, the group is introduced to the modern techniques of deep-sea fishing. In the magical light of sunrise, the group will head to the most popular fishing spots on the island, sharing exciting details about bait use and the different fish species. Equipped with professional gear, the participants then wait in the deepest waters for the longed-for bite to snatch the catch of the day. During a four to eight hour day trip, fishermen have the chance to catch swordfish, tuna or a tasty dorado.

Experience freedom and action on the water! Absolute fun is guaranteed during this private water sports session, offering water ski, wakeboard, wakesurf and wakeskate. You decide which sport to practice! The captain and your private instructor will show you the tactics and secrets to ride these toys smoothly over the water. This circular hike starts at the famous village of Valldemossa, where Michael Douglas owns a house and Chopin used to spend his winters. After hiking up a hill through a forest of oak trees, you will reach the top of the ridge offering breathtaking views of Mallorca. The trail was built in 1883 by Archduke Ludwig Salvator of Austria. This beautiful circular hike starts in the old fisherman's village of Sant Elm (South-West), and leads you through a pine forest up the mountain, offering spectacular views over Dragon Island. On the other side of the mountain, you'll find the old ruins of La Trapa monastery, built by the monks who escaped from the French Revolution. A unique archeological site, that is definitely worth the climb.
