It is virtually impossible to visit Ibiza and not taste a "Hierbas". The famous digestif is a liqueur that has been made by the locals from various herbs for generations - hence the name "Hierbas", which means "herbs" in Spanish. The aniseed liqueur is preferably enjoyed on ice or as a simple "shot" after a meal and brings back memories of balmy Spanish summer nights and the Balearic way of life. In an interactive workshop, participants learn about the background of hierbas production in an entertaining way, test different variations and mix their very own personal herbal liqueur. The workshop can be flexibly integrated into any programme and can be held at any location.
