The guests are welcomed at Finca Galena with an entertaining wine tasting. Three wines are presented until the cooking action begins: The lottery drum divides the participants into teams. Each participant will be equipped with an apron and chef's hat. Cooking gloves are also available. In addition to various cooking stations, there is a central table at which food, olive oil, various spices and cooking utensils and kitchen machines are set up for free use. All participants fry, cut, roast and cook and also fire the wood stove to bake in it later - everyone is busy. Several "real chefs" are on hand to offer advice and assistance. Each team also receives the recipes. The tapas will be offered and promoted by each team to all other teams during cooking so that everyone can try them. Later, the individual courses are served by each team and presented at the table by one of the team members. In each team, a team member receives a small wine training session to present the wine with the served course. During dessert, each participant receives an evaluation sheet in which each cooking station is evaluated.
