The Bluebar on Formentera was built on a dune in the 1960s. About 17 years later, the restaurant opened its doors and offers guests dishes from international cuisine with Mediterranean and Asian elements. There is a selection of pasta dishes, risottos, salads, tapas and paella. The bar advertises a relaxed and open business philosophy and tries to transfer this to its guests. The trademark is the all-blue interior, which overlooks the crystal clear water.
