Surrounded by the landscape of the Tramuntana mountains, the Olivera is located in the west of the island. Guests are offered a combination of fresh ingredients from the sea, the orchards and the fields around the Castell. Cooking techniques that have been passed down through generations are used. Culinary delights include an extensive wine list, cocktails with natural ingredients from the Castell garden, and freshly baked organic bread and pastries from their own Olivera bakery.
