The restaurant Oliu opened its doors in 2013 and is located in Port d’Andratx. The Mallorcan chef and owner of the restaurant combines Mediterranean dishes with a modern gastronomic concept in which quality and the method of preparation play a particularly important role. This fusion of tradition and modernity is also reflected in the restaurant’s design and architecture, so you can still find elements of the old oil mill, or "Tafona" as it is called in the Mallorcan language. In addition to the tastefully furnished interior, Oliu also has a chill-out area, a large terrace and a beautiful garden. The restaurant's staff come from all over the world, leading to a revolution in culinary ideas that the kitchen likes to draw inspiration from.
