Restaurant Aromata is located in the cultural centre Sa Nostra, only footsteps away from Palma’s popular avenues Jaime III and the Borne. The charming, covered patio with stone arches, marble columns and big stone stairways, perfectly represents Mallorca’s traditional architecture. Equipped with modern furniture and lighting, a beautiful contrast has been created. The restaurant is led by the young Mallorcan star chef Andreu Genestra, who is not only the owner of another exclusive restaurant on the island’s east coast, but also produces his own gin, wine and olive oil. Genestra calls his cuisine the essence of Mallorca, using only high-quality products and adding a traditional Mallorcan-Mediterranean touch. Guests can enjoy an exquisite tasting menu combined with wines from the restaurant’s wine cellar.
