At several uniquely designed game stations, the participants will be challenged to conquer obstacle courses, solve strategic tasks or together work towards a common goal. Creativity, team spirit and knowing – or getting to know – each other’s abilities is key. The games boost motivation in a fun way and learn how to recognise the strengths of each team member and use them in a successful way. The overall concept will be designed according to the group’s focus points and a suitable location will be sourced close to or where the group stays.
