A professional chef will introduce the guests to the traditional preparation of a Mallorquin paella during this interactive cooking class in the Old Town of Palma. Guests will receive valuable insights into the ingredients to use, the seasoning and secret tips and tricks on how to prepare this recognised Spanish dish. Optionally, the class can begin with a guided tour on foot along the famous Mercat d’Olivar, the most popular market in Palma, where the group can collect local and fresh ingredients for the cooking class. After the successful preparation of the paella, the group enjoys their self-made Spanish delight in combination with a glass of exquisite red wine.
