Our entire planet, especially the oceans and their flora and fauna, are increasingly suffering from the impacts of growing plastic pollution. This ESG-certified activity sustainably raises awareness of this issue and makes it tangible through a scientifically based beach clean-up that engages all the senses. Divided into groups, the beach is cleared of plastic under supervision. The results are standardized and documented by participants, contributing to a global study that scientifically underscores the urgency for political action. In close collaboration with the Cleanwave Foundation, basic knowledge about plastic pollution is imparted and the MedGardens project is presented. Each participant receives a personalized stainless steel thermos bottle as a contribution to the solution, effectively reducing CO2 emissions and the demand for plastic over the long term.
